Mindfulness - Pause, Breathe, Smile
I have linked the video practices here if you would like to have a quiet time or just for the children to reflect on their feelings. As you know we have made mind jars (glass jars filled with water and glitter) to shake and help calm anxiety or other red zone feelings. They are very calming to watch as the glitter settles out anc the waters settle.
